When making air transportation arrangements please check flights into ABIA and SAT. Both airports are about an hour and a half drive from the workshop venue depending on traffic.

- Registration is a flat fee that must be paid in advance, and includes 4 nights in in the hotel with (checking in Monday April 14, checking out Friday April 19) and all meals/drinks for the duration of the conference. Please note: After you have paid your registration fee if you need to change your hotel reservation please contact the hotel directly.
- The fee for general attendees is $1000 for a single occupancy room and $650 for a double occupancy room (we will make roommate assignments).
